Putting fish to work!
Did you know fish can help you
grow
food? Through a closed eco-system,
fish can create fertilizer through
their
normal biological functions that
enhances
plant growth; not to mention, the
fish
make a tasty meal themselves.
Advantages are that fish can be
grown
for their protein and, as a by-product,
they can help you produce a
variety of
tasty greens. The process is
simple and
can cost as little as $250 to
start. This a
great way to produce lots of food
in a
relatively small area. More info?

Advantages are mortarless walls drain
well and are simple to repair. It makes
good economic sense to work with local
materials found on site, and plants find
them a natural home.
