A Landscape Master Plan is a set of drawings done by a licensed landscape contractor showing the current landscape conditions and proposed improvements to the property. At Mulkern Landscaping these drawings include a Planting Plan, Irrigation Plan, Outdoor Lighting Plan & Maintenance Program Recommendation. Designs include suggestions about materials and information about walkways, water features and more.
Designs usually take 50 hours including initial meeting and bid, design, followup meeting and final approval. Although we’d love to work with you, this landscape master plan can be used by any licensed landscape contractor as a guide to install the proposed project.
